First, A Little Bit About Sheri... 

Born in a rural town along the Hudson River. A child who practically lived in an old library. A woman who wanted more than to read books and decided to write them.

Sheri Queen is a graduate of the MFA Writing Popular Fiction program at Seton Hill University. Her stories feature kick-ass women, strong female friendships, found families, and steamy romances.

What can readers who discover your work this Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend expect to experience? Is there a particular message or feeling you hope to convey through your stories during this time?

I have a brand new store that I’m excited to share. Readers can embark on a spellbinding journey with the Sleepy Hollow Hunter series, where urban fantasy romance meets mystery and suspense in the legendary town of Sleepy Hollow.

Could you give us a sneak peek into your current or upcoming projects? What exciting new worlds, characters, or adventures can your readers look forward to in the near future?

During the hustle and bustle of the holiday shopping season, many turn to books for relaxation and escape. What are your personal favorite reads around this time of year, or do you have any go-to book recommendations for our readers?

Books are a huge part of our holiday family traditions. I decorate a windowsill with Tasha Tudor’s The Night Before Christmas, and J R R Tolkein’s Letters from Father Christmas. I also read nightly with my grandson and focus on stories he enjoys. They don’t have to be holiday-themed, but we do tend to pull out some of his favorites like The Polar Express. We have the Polar Express train set placed around the base of our Christmas tree and absolutely have to watch the movie, as well. He’s all about his trains!

As we dive into the holiday season, can you share how this festive time influences your writing or your stories? Do any of your characters or plots draw inspiration from the holiday spirit?

My biggest holiday season that influences my writing is Halloween! I know that’s not exactly getting into the holiday season of Hannukah or Christmas, but it has obviously played heavily into what I wrote in the Sleepy Hollow Hunter series.

Are there any special offers, promotions, or unique aspects of your work that you are particularly excited about sharing with readers this Black Friday/Cyber Monday?

I’m so excited to be able to offer bundle deals for my Sleepy Hollow Hunter series. With the new release of Alex (Sleepy Hollow Hunter Book Four), I can now bundle all four eBooks for a great discount. Another thing coming to my store is the audiobook versions of the first three books in the series. Even though I will have to limit their availability to exclude the UK for now, this is huge! The audiobooks won’t be available anywhere else until next year!
