One of the best things about being an indie author coach is getting to know other authors on a deeper level. I'm a number 1 Relator (Clifton Strengths, if you don't know what I mean), so it's super important to me to know who I'm talking to.
What that in mind, let me share a little about myself.Â

I've been in this indie publishing game since I was 14. Bookstores, publishers, printers—you name it, I've probably done it.
And along the way, I've also managed to design some pretty cool stuff (award-winning, even) and write over 25 books under three different pen names.
Talk about wearing multiple hats, right?
But being an author was just the start of my journey.
MY STORY
In 2017, I began teaching indie authors in my local community what I knew about writing and indie publishing.
Now, as the head honcho at Author Revolution®, I have taught thousands of authors just like you how to write and publish their books.
But more than that, I've also taught authors how to strive for balance in this often crazy game of indie authordom.Â
From my online courses, to exclusive 1:1, or even my top 10% rated author podcast (The Author Revolution Podcast!), I'm here to help YOU create the author life you've always dreamed of.Â
IT WASN'T
ALWAYS EASY
Like I said, being an indie author means wearing a lot of hats. I totally get it. Sometimes it feels lonely and overwhelming. Especially when the royalties don't come in the way you'd hoped.
I'm here to tell you, it's totally normal. You aren't lazy or doing anything wrong.
Sometimes, our author journey means putting one foot in front of the other (or one book after another, I guess), and keep moving forward.
I can't promise being an indie author will always be easy, but I can promise it will be worth it.
